  WOW WOW WOW WOW! That is what I have to say about every single aspect of working with B&C Design Build. After a few frustrating months with big box stores and other small businesses and dealing with over pricing and poor customer service, I, on a whim, walked into the B & C Design Build store in Lilburn on December 22. I went in looking for Quartz counter tops and was greeted by Liz. She's amazing, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I had her set up a time for someone come to measure and give us a quote for our kitchen counters. The next day Shane came out to measure, bring samples, and talk us through our options. We placed an order that day and - no lie - our counters we installed on December 28. LESS THAN A WEEK everything was ordered, fabricated, and installed. The installation team is extremely professional and they really care about doing the job right. Our kitchen looks amazing and I can't thank B & C Design Build enough for everything.
  
  To put this into perspective for those of you who are not familiar with what box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's processes are - If we had gone with one of the box stores, we would have had to measure the counters ourselves (yeah, you read that right) non-professionals would have to figure out the measurements and then pay for the material BEFORE they would send out one of the outsourced local contractors to measure for official sizing and measurements. It also takes 4-8 weeks for counter tops from those bigger stores to be delivered and fabricated.
